How can I submit a paper for the congress?
When registering, you will be able to fill in the information regarding your title and abstract. The program committee will then assign your paper to a relevant scholarly panel.
If I do not want to submit a paper for the congress, do I still need to pay the full registration fee?
Yes. All regular and student/postdoc attendees are required to pay the registration fee, whether or not they will actively participate with a presentation. In the case a person is accompanying another attendee, please check specific category pricing here.
Must my submitted paper focus on the lead theme of The New Enlightenment between Traditions and Challenges?
No. This is only the main topic of the congress. There is no requirement for proposals to center on it alone. In fact, we do welcome proposals on all comparative studies of civilizations, cultural and social studies, history and humanities. Multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary approaches are particularly welcomed.
In which language should I submit my paper proposal?
The official language of the congress is English.
